Policy and Procedure Training and Orientation

Global trademark coordination goes far beyond “getting an application filed”.  Modern corporate practice calls to task proper trademark usage and definition – trademark usage guidelines.  These practice guidelines need to be communicated and instructed to global subsidiaries, with proper and consistent localization.  At any given time, a company typically has new in-house counsel and/or key business unit managers who need training in international trademark matters and/or company trademark guidelines and practice. 

Arnold & Knobloch provides training in policies and procedures tailored to a company’s own policies and procedures. We execute corporate orientation and re-fresh training programs as well as “train-the-trainers”. We are also available to visit both home and foreign subsidiary offices to provide counsel and management with key updates to US trademark laws that may impact their business.
